該項目旨在比較Wellnuts （一種基於證據，算法驅動的自我健康評估移動應用程序）與傳統的網絡健康資源相比，在賦予香港無症狀的年輕人到中年人的能力，促進健康意識，改善健康尋求行為和聯繫到護理方面的有效性。
適應症：Diabetes Risk、CVD Risk、Colorectal Cancer、Lung Cancer、HBV
收案條件
納入條件
- Hong Kong residents self-reported age of 25-65 years;
- Possesses a smartphone capable of running mobile apps (e.g. Android or iPhone) and;
- Able to read either English or Chinese.
排除條件
- Individuals having any symptoms or feeling unwell in anyways as detailed in the Disclaimer at the launch of the app; or
- Individuals reporting a current diagnosis of cardiovascular disease, lung cancer, hepatitis B, colorectal cancer, diabetes, sexually transmitted diseases, depression, anxiety and mild cognitive impairment and memory loss.
