该项目旨在比较Wellnuts （一种基于证据，算法驱动的自我健康评估移动应用程序）与传统的网络健康资源相比，在赋予香港无症状的年轻人到中年人的能力，促进健康意识，改善健康寻求行为和联系到护理方面的有效性。
适应症：Diabetes Risk、CVD Risk、Colorectal Cancer、Lung Cancer、HBV
入组条件
纳入标准
- Hong Kong residents self-reported age of 25-65 years;
- Possesses a smartphone capable of running mobile apps (e.g. Android or iPhone) and;
- Able to read either English or Chinese.
排除标准
- Individuals having any symptoms or feeling unwell in anyways as detailed in the Disclaimer at the launch of the app; or
- Individuals reporting a current diagnosis of cardiovascular disease, lung cancer, hepatitis B, colorectal cancer, diabetes, sexually transmitted diseases, depression, anxiety and mild cognitive impairment and memory loss.
