機械人前列腺切除術（RARP）是治療局部前列腺癌的手術。若估計隱匿性淋巴結轉移風險超過5%，亦會進行雙側盆腔淋巴結清掃術（BPLND）。BPLND 一般而言是耐受性良好的手術。淋巴滲漏是淋巴結清掃術（BPLND）後可能的併發症之一。淋巴囊腫是手術後淋巴液的積聚。

納入條件
- Age 18 years and above
- Able to give informed consent
- Suitable for minimally-invasive surgery
排除條件
- Known allergy or hypersensitivity to any component of Hemopatch®
- Known hypersensitivity to bovine proteins or brilliant blue
- Patients with prior pelvic radiotherapy
- Patients with non-correctable coagulopathy
- Patients who are on anticoagulants
- Contraindication to general anaesthesia
- Previous transurethral resection of the prostate or prostatic surgery
- Untreated active infection
