机械人前列腺切除术（RARP）是治疗局部前列腺癌的手术。若估计隐匿性淋巴结转移风险超过5%，亦会进行双侧盆腔淋巴结清扫术（BPLND）。BPLND 一般而言是耐受性良好的手术。淋巴渗漏是淋巴结清扫术（BPLND）后可能的并发症之一。淋巴囊肿是手术后淋巴液的积聚。
适应症：Prostate Cancer
入组条件
纳入标准
- Age 18 years and above
- Able to give informed consent
- Suitable for minimally-invasive surgery
排除标准
- Known allergy or hypersensitivity to any component of Hemopatch®
- Known hypersensitivity to bovine proteins or brilliant blue
- Patients with prior pelvic radiotherapy
- Patients with non-correctable coagulopathy
- Patients who are on anticoagulants
- Contraindication to general anaesthesia
- Previous transurethral resection of the prostate or prostatic surgery
- Untreated active infection
