- Age ≥ 18 years.
- Histologically confirmed ESCC
- Able to provide written informed consent.
- Able to comply with study procedures.
排除标准
- Withdrawal of consent.
- Irreversible coagulation disorders preventing clinically indicated biopsies.
- With other co-existing malignancy
