本研究旨在探討虛擬實境（VR）催眠對改善中國兒童癌症存活者睡眠的成效。研究人員將在186名中國兒童癌症存活者（CCCs）中進行一項三臂混合方法隨機對照試驗（RCT）。三組分別為VR催眠、失眠認知行為治療（CBT-I）及VR放鬆。

納入條件
- completed active cancer treatment for ≥1 month
- able to speak Cantonese and read Chinese
- aged 12-18 years
- poor sleeper as indicated by a PSQI score ≥ 5
排除條件
- Survivors with learning and/or behavioral problems in medical records and those who are using sleep medication and/or previously experienced any adverse events (e.g., headache and motion sickness) when using VR
