本研究旨在比較兩種不同劑量的局部麻醉劑（10ml對比20ml的0.25% levobupivacaine）用於胸肌下神經叢阻滯（SPPB），並配合超聲引導的多層面胸椎旁阻滯（m-TPVB），用於大型原發性乳癌手術的麻醉。

- scheduled for mastectomy, modified radical mastectomy or breast conservative surgery with lymph node biopsy and with or without axillary dissection
排除條件
- local skin site infection
- coagulopathy
- history of allergy to local anesthetics
