腎癌是十大最常見的惡性腫瘤之一，近年發病率不斷上升。根據香港癌症資料統計中心，2016年約有670宗新確診個案，較2007年增加46%。在腎癌的廣泛分類中，腎細胞癌（RCC）約佔所有個案的85%，佔所有腎臟惡性腫瘤超過90%。

- Male patients \> 18 years old
- Patients suffered from renal cell carcinoma require surgical removal of kidney
排除條件
- Patients fail to provide informed consent
- The collection of tissue will affect the pathological interpretation of the specimen
