腹膜癌的处理相当棘手。在早期阶段，若无症状，或仅出现许多疾病共有的常见症状或不适，并不容易被发现或诊断，往往在确诊时已属晚期，治疗选择有限，寿命亦受到限制。
适应症：Lymph Nodes、Peritoneal Tumour
入组条件
纳入标准
- Age ≥ 18 years old
- Fit for general anaesthesia
- Peritoneal tumour (eg. intraperitoneal tumour, retroperitoneal tumour) and/or lymph node
- Size ≤ 10cm for each peritoneal tumour and lymph node
- With or without distant metastasis
- Good performance status
- Tumour visible and targetable by ultrasound with acceptable acoustic windows
- Adequate hematologic, hepatic, and renal function
排除标准
- Refusal to take part in clinical trial
- Not fit for general anaesthesia
- Poor general condition with limited life expectancy
- Uncontrolled coagulopathy
- Extensive bowel interposition preventing safe targeting, per recent porcine safety data linking mis-targeting to bowel injury
