胰管腺癌（PDAC）仍然是最致命的恶性肿瘤之一，尽管手术、化疗和放射治疗有所进展，五年生存率仍约为12%。现有的消融治疗（RFA、微波、不可逆电穿孔）受到热损伤风险以及邻近血管／导管的限制。迫切需要能够与全身性治疗方案整合的新型局部治疗。
适应症：Pancreatic Tumours
入组条件
纳入标准
- Age ≥ 18 years old
- Fit for general anaesthesia
- Unresectable pancreatic cancer with, or without vascular encasement
- With or without distant metastasis
- Without portal vein thrombosis
- Good performance status:
- Tumour visible and targetable by ultrasound with acceptable acoustic windows
- Adequate hematologic, hepatic, and renal function
排除标准
- Refusal to take part in clinical trial
- Portal vein thrombosis present
- Not fit for general anaesthesia
- Poor general condition with limited life expectancy
- Uncontrolled coagulopathy
- Extensive bowel interposition preventing safe targeting, per recent porcine safety data linking mis-targeting to bowel injury
