这项随机临床试验将评估在根治性化放疗基础上加入空间分次放射治疗（SFRT）能否改善局部晚期子宫颈癌患者的结局。计划接受根治性化放疗的FIGO 2018分期IIB至IVA期成年子宫颈癌患者，将按1:1比例随机分配至SFRT组或对照组。 两组均将接受体外放射治疗

入组条件
纳入标准
- Age ≥18 years.
- Histologically confirmed cervical cancer, including squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma, or adenosquamous carcinoma.
- FIGO 2018 stage IIB to IVA disease with primary tumor ≥4cm
- Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status of 0 to 2.
- Planned to receive definitive chemoradiotherapy.
- Able and willing to provide written informed consent.
排除标准
- Severe medical comorbidities that preclude the safe administration of radiotherapy.
- Pregnancy or, for women of childbearing potential, inability to use effective contraception.
