在香港，结直肠癌 (CRC) 于癌症发病率及死亡率均排名第二。 粪便免疫化学测试 (FIT) 有助降低 CRC 的发病率及死亡率，并广泛用于以人口为基础的 CRC 筛查。政府资助的 CRC 筛查计划于 2015 年在香港以先导形式推出，并于 2020 年全面实施。

纳入标准
- years old
- asymptomatic and eligible to enroll in a government-subsidized colorectal cancer screening program
- subjects themselves or their family members living in the same household with access to WhatsApp Messenger
- able to read Chinese
- willingness to be followed up by telephone
排除标准
- subject without access to WhatsApp Messenger
- unable to provide informed consent
