这是一项单中心前瞻性、非随机试验，旨在探讨冷冻治疗在局部前列腺癌患者中的疗效。研究目的为探讨冷冻治疗在治疗前列腺癌中的安全性特征，并通过冷冻治疗局部治疗评估前列腺癌的肿瘤控制情况。
适应症：Prostate Cancer
入组条件
纳入标准
- Men aged between 40 - 85 years
- Visible index lesion(s) on MRI
- Found to have localized prostate cancer after MRI-USG fusion targeted biopsy:
- Clinical tumour stage \<= T2, or
- Gleason score \<= 7, or
- PSA \<= 20 ng/ml
排除标准
- Patients unfit for contrast MRI exam
- Patients with active urinary tract infection
- Patients with bladder pathology including bladder stone and bladder cancer
- Patients with urethral stricture
- Patients with neurogenic bladder and/or sphincter abnormalities
- Patients who fail to give informed consent
